Our approach to privacy is simple—we are vigilant about always protecting your privacy. Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not accept any aspect of the Policy, you should not use the Website.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 13 through the Website or otherwise. If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to unaffiliated parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us as described in the “Questions Regarding Privacy” section below with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address. We do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
As a supplement to the other information provided in the Privacy Notice, we provide this California Consumer Privacy Act Notice (“California Notice”) for consumers in California pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and collectively referred to as, “CCPA”).
Unless otherwise noted, the disclosures below describe how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information in the past twelve (12) months. As used in this California Notice, the term “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a “consumer” or “household,” as those terms are defined by the CCPA. Personal information does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA requires us to provide you with the following additional information about: (1) the sources from which we collect personal information; (2) the purpose for which we use each category of personal information and “sensitive personal information” (as defined in the CCPA) we collect; and (3) the categories of other parties to which we (a) disclose such information for a business purpose, (b) “share” information for “cross-context behavioral advertising,” and/or (c) “sell” such information. We may collect personal information directly from you when you provide us information in person, online, or through electronic forms; through our customer care efforts; automatically through the website via cookies and other tracking technologies; and from our service providers, vendors and suppliers, our affiliates, or other individuals and businesses.
Please see the following chart for additional information
We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes to which the right to limit use or disclosure applies under the CCPA.
Under the CCPA, “sharing” is defined as disclosure of a consumer’s personal information obtained from the consumer’s activity across websites to third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising (or targeted advertising), and “selling” is defined as the disclosure of personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. When you interact with the Website, we collect information, including device information, pages viewed, links clicked or shared on social media and other similar information to try to make a user’s experience simple and meaningful. As such, when you visit our Website, our web server, third party business providers, and/or the social networking services integrated into the Website, use cookies or other electronic technologies (such as web beacons or pixel tags). We use some of this technology to provide you with advertisements for our Website when you visit other websites and to provide us with analytics regarding our Website.
Our use of third-party analytics services and online advertising services may result in the disclosure of online identifiers and other information for cross-context behavioral advertising and thus may be considered a “share” and may be a “sale” of personal information under the CCPA. The categories of information “sold” or “shared” for advertising may include (1) identifiers; (2) device, internet or other electronic network activity information; (3) browsing history; and (4) general location information.
We may also “sell” information about you to certain partners such as nonprofit organizations to help them understand your likely interests in making charitable or other donations and the potential size of such donations, starting peer-to-peer fundraisers, signing up for recurring donations or other similar indicators.
You have the right to opt-out of Winsome selling or sharing your information as defined under the CCPA. To opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information through tracking technologies, please click here or click the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of your page. If you choose to use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal you will be opted out of online, cookie-based sales or sharing of Personal Information, and will need to activate the signal for each browser you use. If you are a California consumer and wish to opt-out of the offline sale of your Personal Information, you may exercise this right, by clicking the Your Privacy Choices link here.
We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under 16.
Other CCPA Rights: California residents also have the right to receive information about the financial incentives that we offer to you, if any. If you are using the Website, you may also exercise rights by emailing us.
You may also grant us access to your precise geolocation information through your mobile device settings. You can opt out of the processing of this information by adjusting your device settings.
Retention of Your Personal Information: Please see the “Retention of Your Information” section of the Privacy Notice.
Do Not Track Disclosure: Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. While we have taken steps to honor DNT signals for our websites, because there is no industry-wide framework for DNT signals, we may not honor all browser-initiated DNT signals. To learn more about Do Not Track, you can do so here.
Shine the Light Disclosure. The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding how we disclose certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We don’t disclose any data that would meet the requirements of this law.
